Do I have to create an acccount to order?

Yes, we need your data such as name, email address, phone number to proceed your order.

How do I placed an order?

Click on your desire item.

Choose your size (if there’s any) and quantity then click “ADD TO CART”.

Click “CHECKOUT” on the right top of the page to proceed to checkout page.

Complete your data oh the checkout form.

Choose your shipping and payment method.

Tick on “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”.

Place your order.

Can I change my order?

Once order has been submitted you cannot change or cancel it.

Can I add another item after i submitted my order?

No, you have to placed a new order.

When will my order be shipped?

Within 2 business days after we verified your payment not include Saturdays / Sundays / public holidays.

I recieved defective items / wrong item sent to me how can i change?

Why my order takes more than estimated time arrival?

You can track your order from the shipping receipt we provide.

I've paid but i haven't recieve my order, how come?
